ALCHEMY LAB
A five-week summer inquiry for women exploring what it means to live as someone deeply nourished and supported.
June 9 – July 14, 2026
Live Gatherings • Telegram Field Notes • Ritual • Creativity • Embodiment
This summer, I'm gathering a small group of women around a question that has been quietly shaping my own life:
What does it mean to live as someone who is deeply nourished and supported?
The question first arrived as a personal one.
A few months ago, I was sitting with a list of goals, dreams, and things I wanted to create this year when I found myself asking an unexpected question:
What part of me is actually afraid of all of this coming true?
The answer came quickly. My over-functioning part.
The part of me that believes she is responsible for holding everything together. The part that quietly assumes that more responsibility means more effort, more pressure, and less spaciousness.
When I asked her what she thought about all of these manifestations coming true, her response was immediate:
"Are you kidding me? We can barely hold what we already have."
And if I'm honest, she wasn't entirely wrong.
As I sat with that, I realized that maybe the issue wasn't expansion itself. Maybe I could barely hold it the way I had been holding everything else.
My relationship to expansion was asking to change. And the desire was simple: nourishment and support.
At the same time, I was noticing something similar in many of the women finding their way into my world.
These weren't women at the beginning of their healing journey.
Many of them were standing in front of a similar question:
Who am I when I'm no longer organizing my life around survival?
We rarely talk about the disorientation that can come when survival is no longer meant to be the center of gravity.
The old ways of moving through the world no longer fit quite the same way they once did. The striving. The certainty. The pressure to hold everything together.
And what emerges in their place isn't always immediately clear. And it requires practice.
What I've been noticing, both in my own life and in conversations with so many women lately, is a longing for something softer. More space to listen. More room to experiment. More beauty. More creativity. More relationship.
More opportunities to discover what it’s like to trust ease as much as we trust effort.
That's the season I want to explore with you this summer.
Imagine This.
It's a Tuesday morning.
A question we've been exploring has been following you around, and somewhere between your coffee and the morning light, you notice something you hadn't seen before.
You leave a voice note for the group.
Later that week, another woman shares a poem she created from a page of a book she's reading. Someone else posts a photo of flowers she brought home from the market.
Someone else shares how uncomfortable it felt to ask for help—and what she learned about herself when she did.
Someone else puts words to a pattern she's understood for years but is finally beginning to live differently.
And somewhere in the sharing, the question expands.
You begin to see it from angles you couldn't access alone.
Later that day, we gather live.
You arrive with tea and your journal.
Last time you listened more, today you feel ready to share and be witnessed.
A small corner of the internet that feels surprisingly human.
Somewhere along the way, you realize the question is no longer living in your journal. It's now showing up in your real life.
In the support you allow yourself to receive. In the conversation you finally have. In the walk you take instead of pushing through. In the beauty you pause long enough to notice. In the small choices that slowly begin to tell a different story.
A place where you can spend a little less time trying to figure yourself out and a little more time discovering what helps you feel deeply nourished and alive.
Between the June and July new moons…
we'll live inside a shared question, paying attention to what emerges when nourishment and support become more than ideas and begin to shape the way we move through our days.

Inside Alchemy Lab, you’ll experience…
Opening Ceremony + Closing Ceremony
Four live gatherings for practice, ritual and conversation
Private Telegram community open throughout the experience for field notes, conversation, voice note transmissions, and weekly invitations for your exploration.
Recorded practices
This will be a small and intimate group.
While I’ll be guiding our time together, I’ll be living inside the inquiry too — sharing what I’m noticing, experimenting with, and learning along the way.
All live calls will be recorded if you can’t attend live, though I hope you’ll join us whenever you can.
My guess is that much of the magic will happen in ordinary moments: on a morning walk, while making dinner, in a conversation with a friend, or during a ritual before bed.
I don’t think of Alchemy Lab as something else we have to do.
I think of it as an energy we get to live in, together.
